Uses:
Diffusing: mix with your favorite oils or just equal parts Lemon and Peppermint to give you an extra boost. It is believed to increase concentration and alertness and uplift mood, so it also makes a perfect choice for an office air freshener (and sanitiser).
Immunity: Lemon stimulates white blood cells and improves circulation throughout the body increasing lymphatic drainage.
Cleaning: simply add a few drops to your favorite cleaner or add to some baking soda for a scrub, or mix with vinegar and clove oil in a spray for a wonderful bathroom and kitchen cleaner!
Stress: Lemon oil is calming in nature it helps remove mental fatigue and nervous tension aiding in a more positive outlook.
Concentration: It also increases concentration and alertness so makes a great a room freshener.
Cautions: Lemon essential oil can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this we recommend a maximum dilution of 2% for topical applications.
Ingestion: The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy.
