Uses:

The earthy, woodsy, slightly smoky scent of Vetiver essential oil is famous for its relaxing, balancing, and soothing properties. Just a little of this powerful oil goes a very long way; in fact, all you may need in a blend is to dip the end of a toothpick in the vetiver bottle and then swirl the toothpick into your blend!

When diffused or added to a carrier oil, Vetiver can help calm “mind chatter” and promote relaxation before sleep.

It helps support the immune system and is also useful in a blend for skin blemishes.

Cautions:  None known.

Ingestion: The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy.
