This is the invitation to attend a weekly self development workshop.

In this workshop the key themes covered will be the power of letting go, the relationship between our 

Mind, Body and Spirit and how they can be harnessed to help us to create the life we want! 

Come and be inspired, empowered and enriched in your being and your life.

This workshop is designed to support you to drop more deeply into your being, connecting with your inner wisdom, grace, humour and truth in a way you may not have before. Each weeks focus building upon the last, so it is important to attend all 5 to gain the most from your journey.  There is the potential for a healthier, happier and more harmonious you to develop and flourish. 

The focus of the weeks intentions/discussions are a combination of Hawaiian wisdom (implicitly or explicitly mentioned),

and Yogic wisdom, explored through guided visualisations, embodiment techniques, breath awareness, informal sharing if you choose and much, much more, alchemical magic.
